LIMITED 30-DAY WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR
eBuilding Service warrants that all parts and all labor for work by its technicians are free from material defects and faulty workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of installation, subject to the following conditions:
Only manufacturing defects or faulty installation by our technicians are covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, "Acts of God," or other contingencies beyond the control of eBuilding Service; use of incorrect line voltages; use of incorrect fuses; improper or insufficient ventilation; failure to follow manufacturer’s or eBuilding Service’s operating instructions; improper or unauthorized repair, replacement, or alteration; normal maintenance items; or items covered by the manufacturer.
If any part that we have installed becomes defective during the warranty period, or if our workmanship was faulty, a technician will be dispatched to repair or replace that item during our regular business hours (Our regular business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday through Friday). We will repair any faulty workmanship, and either repair or replace any defective part, at our option. We will do so without any charge to you. We will complete this work in a reasonable time, but in any case, within 3 days or less subject to our ability to obtain replacement parts in a timely manner.
This warranty does not cover consequential damages (the cost of repairing or replacing other property which may be damaged when this equipment does not work properly). All other warranties—expressed or implied—with respect to the equipment, its components and accessories or any obligation/liabilities on the part of eBuilding Service, including loss of use or other incidental damages are hereby expressly excluded. Subject to state law, the remedy for damages as the result of any work, which has been warranted herein, is limited to the repair, or replacement, removal, and installation of parts. This warranty may not be extended or modified by our representatives or any third party in any manner.
