Job Title: Commercial General Maintenance Technician

Job Description: We are seeking an individual who has basic skills in commercial electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems. A licensed master electrician or master plumber a plus. We offer consistent, year round work with competitive compensation in a positive work environment. Individual is responsible to travel to and from our customers' properties along the Colorado Front Range in company provided vehicle to repair, maintain and verify operation of all critical building and mechanical equipment. Work orders vary in all aspects of building maintenance such as minor electrical work, drywall repair, painting and minor plumbing and HVAC. Individual must possess organizational skills, experience with tracking computerized work orders, expense reports, time sheets and receipts. As a member of our service team, you must be able to safely lift and/or carry items weighting up to 80 pounds and climb ladders. You must have a valid CO driver's license and an acceptable MVR and be able to pass drug and background screening. We are looking for technicians of all experience levels. Must be professional and personable with a great attitude at all times when attending to customers' service calls. Two plus years experience of general building maintenance with technical / trade school certification or diploma preferred. Available position is full-time from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Job Title: Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Mechanical Service Technician. We offer consistent, year round commercial work and competitive compensation. Join our experienced team and provide successful commercial mechanical solutions for our growing customer base.

Applicant must hold a HVAC/R Universal EPA Certification along with documented 2-5 years of HVAC/R repair. Prior restaurant equipment experience is also a plus.
